Room had amazing views of the sea and the bridge 🌊🌉

The location next to the airport and a shopping center.

The bed was not comfortable.

Nice and clean hotel very conveniently located close to Kansai Airport and to JR Rinku town station. Good cost performance.

The breakfast here was amazingly good with a wide variety of Japanese dishes and delicious bread, the room had 2 beds and the staff were incredibly helpful.

The staff are courteous and extremely great, managed the parking next to the hotel.

Felt a little grimey - lose the carpet, needed fresher bedding.

Everything is excellent here, had a VERY GOOD stay for one night. Overall the staff is attentive and respectful.- The building is very comfortable and the rooms are compact and brand-new with an ice vending machine, great views, good bed.- The breakfast is savoury with Japanese dishes and nice bread, as for instance, has everything you need.

The hotel is very good, Nothing to say. Clean, very friendly personnel, good facilities.

Connection with Osaka are rather poor in the night. Be aware of that. You cannot expect to arrive with public transportation after 10pm. Then, there is only a taxi, which is absurdly expensive. For a hotel that is close to the airport, this should be definitely improved.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the Rinku Town subway station, and is very near the airport. They provide free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was very convenient. You can also walk to the Rinku Town Premium Outlets from the hotel.

The room was very basic, and reasonably maintained. The shower curtains however were slightly mouldy. I stayed for only one night, so it was alright.

Rooms here are well-equipped, quiet with amazing views, and the staff is very friendly and detail-oriented.

This place has friendly staff and a cozy twin room with amenities like a work desk, coffee/tea maker, and satellite TV.

Proximity to kansai airport was perfect for early flight out in the morning - free shuttle bus was great also.

The breakfast here is fantastic, offering a delicious spread of Western dishes and fresh bread.

The hotel is very convenient for Kansai airiport- both from its own shuttle and the train which makes access from Osaka easy too. The food in the restaurant was good though disappointing that the buffet was not available after 8.30 despite still being fully laid out when we ordered our dinner. The 24 hour supermarket was excellent and very fairly priced selling snacks, various food items and gifts. The hotel was generally clean and efficient and our twin bedded room a good size with a view of the sea.
